Our Philosophy
Cameron and Sophia have over 10 years of professional triathlon coaching experience. We believe that no athlete is the same and every programme should be individualised to your ability, physiology and goals. Achieving success can be done in many ways but itβs crucial to balance work, life, study, training and other commitments to get the most out of yourself. From Cameron and Sophiaβs years of balancing study and sport, we know how to manage stress and training, which is a key part of programming a training plan.
Intensity control is the most important part of training, too much intensity leads to extreme fatigue and too little leads to slow or no adaptations. Over the years of being coached by some of the best coaches in the world and experimenting with our own training. We understand the best way to improve fitness depending on what kind of athlete you are (anaerobic or aerobic) and the distance/level of competition you are aiming for.
Most importantly, sport is about enjoyment and being a healthy and happy person through exercise! We build all of our clients training programmes with this in mind, focusing on keeping training exciting, challenging and fun.
